# Overview - Shopify

If you are using Clickatell apps for chat support and Shopify as your e-commerce store, our integration with Shopify will enable you to:

* Access Shopify customer data in the Chat Flow and Chat Desk applications.
* Access customers' order history and order details in the Chat Flow application.
* Say goodbye to switching tabs or searching through multiple systems to get customer context – it’s all right at your fingertips!

## Chat Flow Features

You’ll be able to use the following features in Chat Flow:

* Fetch customers' info from Shopify and use that info while building customer journeys in Chat Flow. For example, build a specific user journey if a customer is tagged as ‘vip\_customer’.
* See the customer’s order history and order status and serve the customer faster and better.

## Chat Desk Features

You’ll be able to use the following features in Chat Desk:

* View the customer's Shopify profile details, order history, and order status while engaging with them in Chat Desk to serve the customer faster and better.
