How to disable MFA on your account
If MFA is disabled, the whole account will revert to password-only sign-in. An Account Administrator can disable MFA for the account as follows:
Go to the MFA section of your account security settings.
Select Disable MFA.
Confirm with a valid code — either from your authenticator app, or from an email code if you cannot reach the app.
Disabling clears the MFA setup for every user on the account and revokes all trusted devices. If you switch MFA back on later, all users will have to re-enrol for MFA. Other administrators are notified when MFA is disabled.
