A new [*Clickatell AI*](/chat-desk/chat-desk-dashboard/settings/clickatell-ai.md) section was added to *Chat Desk Dashboard -> Settings* to let admin users enable/disable an AI assistant trained on your business information to help your agents respond quicker and more accurately using AI-generated [suggested responses](/chat-desk/agent-desk/agent-assistant.md) in Chat Desk. &#x20;
